Malaysia's Customer Service

Last semester, I took Services Marketing as one of my major subject. It was a really interesting subject. Plus I did my internship in JW Marriott, I could really relate the notes with my working experiences in JW Marriott. When I was in JW Marriott, customer service was really important. There were so many fussy customers and we actually have to try doing all kinds of stuff to satisfy the customers. So, from there I learnt how we are supposed to handle our customers' complaint. And the fact that customer is always right was so true in the real working environment!

I actually came through many many unsatisfy products or services from various companies in Malaysia. And I guess everybody knows that Malaysia's customer service are still far away behind compared to the Western Country. Today I've gone through 2 differrent blogs that are discussing on Malaysia's customer services: Serve Them Right, Customer Service Malaysia.

It's sad to see "tidak ape" attitude customer service in Malaysia.

My bestiessss...

It was a wonderful night with 3 monkeys and a pretty. Thank guys for the good time!. I love the Dim Sum session and also the yam cha session too. I felt like I was back to secondary school where everyone is so happy-go-lucky and no one is being calculative! Since after I'm in MMU, I hardly could have fun like this! Thanks my dear friends. Thanks Lunz for telling me the most funny story of that day - about your F1 and diesel story. I would like to thank all of them for giving me a wondeful weekend! Sis, I miss sleeping with you. :D kekeke
