Emotional Dissonance

• Surface Acting, we modify our behavior to be consistent with required emotions to match the required emotions.
  exp: My housemate hates her roommate to borrow her tea tree oil but she engages in surface acting and she still borrow her with an open heart where she's still complaining about her unsatisfy to other housemates.
