Last Saturday, me and my family sent my sister to Melaka because she's entering MMU! So people who are still in MMU if you happened to see a girl who look like ME that's my SISTER. Her name is Qian Qi. Called her QQ. Hahahahahha ..wth
OKay continue with the story. After shifting all her stuff into her room, we went to Giant for grocery shopping. And we had our dinner at Pizza Hut. What happened was when I was about to take my soup. I realised there was a dead cockroach lying besides my cutlery. I was very shocking! I told the waitress and she asked the assistant manager to take care of it.
The first thing come out from the Assistant manager was:" You bunuh die kah?" (How should I answer?) I said nope it died there. She offered to change another table but I only asked her to clean the cockroach since all the food already on the table. So she used a NAPKIN from another table and picked up the cockroach. Full Stop. With my request, she changed the cutlery and the napkin. That's it.
I'm highly dissatisfied with her action. So, I complaint to Pizza Hut website. The next day, the restaurant manager called and apologied about it. And she asked me:"What can I do to make you happy?" (Again, how should I answer?) I told her to make sure it doesn't happen again. And she needs further training for her assistant manager. However, throughout the conversation she keep on asking me how can she make me happy. And she even make me feel that my complaint to the website caused her a big trouble because the company knows about it.
Overal, I will try my very best not to go PIzza Hut. Not to mention their delivery!
Is this my problem or Pizza HUt's food quality, service quality and cleanliness is getting worse? What do you think?
