Being a leader
As everyone who used to be a leader will know how suffer it is to be a leader. I have a few experiences to be a leader in my life. There will be only one "advantage" of being a leader - you will get stressed up. Then slowly you will slim down. Wow! That's the only way can diet naturally without any effort. Cool huh!! Hmmm...anyone is interested being a leader?
Well, it's fun sometimes to listen all kind of funny excuses from your groupmate for delaying the meeting. I have heard of excuses like, they suddenly get stomach ache, food poison, headache, and all kinds of sickness. I have just heard a most ridiculous excuses from Chien Hui.(the pity lil gal who is crying at the corner =p) Im writing this behalf of her as well to shout out her unsatisfy. Next week is the last week for all of the assignments. Everyone was rushing for their assignment. This poor lil gal, Chien Hui is leader for the same members in her group of all of her assignments. She suggested to have meeting on this saturday. This is the time where you can hear all different kinds of excuses. So this groupmate of hers said she can't make it for saturday because she needs to go back to her hometown. (even though next week is the due date!) Chien Hui is trying very hard to persuade them for the meeting. So she asked this girl to go back on the next week. **jiaang jiang jiang** The girl said, "I NEED TO GO BACK AND GET MY JEANS! I HAVE NOT ENOUGH JEANS TO WEAR!" Cool huh!! Wow I never know that Jeans is so important for a person. How cool was that excuse!So, people as me and Chien Hui advice do not be a leader. There will be only ONE "advantage" as I have mentioned above. =D Thank You.
Group members will always think that leader is "god". They can solve all kinds of problems that they can't. They can even do all the task because for them leader has a multi-tasking brain and leader can do her own task while solving others task. COOL O.O Leader can be a editor too! They will collect everyone's task and combine then edit everyone's work like grammar mistake, sentence structure disorder and also spelling mistake too! Leader's job is not giving out task and leading groupmember. Leader's task is leading by groupmember and letting them choose their task.
So people do you have a clear idea about being a leader? Are you interested being a leader? Good luck people! =)

Sis, dun be so sad about it. Well sometimes i rather to have individual assignment. At least you deserve your marks. Group assignment never. You need to do people's task and they thought it's necessary you need to do all those task which they do not need to do.
