Macha Eric smsed me in the morning before I realise I'm still sleeping lol. And the next thing is that I was with Eric at Tongue Chic Bazaar at ZOUK. Yes, were at ZOUK in the afternoon 1pm. There were many store selling ladies clothing and accessories. And KLUE has a booth there doing charity for WAO Women's Aid Organization. Thing that makes my day is that I met Chris from Itsy Beadsy, a gorgeous lady. And what's more is that I bought a very lovely ring from her. It was just "the ring" I'm looking for! I just love it when I look at it. Without thinking much, I bought it!

Fringe Hairstyle at age of 22

Hi all,

As according to the title. Yes I cut my hair and I even have a full fringe hair cut man!

How shocking right? Want to know how this started. It all started with a photo of me in year 2 I guess. Me and my sister were sitting together with our full fringe mushroom hairstyle. Then I asked my mom, "Mee, do you think I still look good with fringe now. Like this in the photo?" And my mom said, " yeah." So that's how I wanted to have that hairstyle again. And guess what when I came back from my hair cut, she laughed at me! How mean. Okay, she wasn't the only one. Even my aunt and my bestie Loon also did the same. BUT, after that they said I look younger with this hairstyle! So afterall, I think it wasn't that bad.

Opening of Little Royalty

Hi all,

it's been a while I update my blog. I guess my most of my friends know that I'm setting up a website which sell children' gowns, party wears and dresses. Hopefully this business could goes on well so I can get some economy support.

Since the beginning of setting this website, I've realized that I'm like actually doing the marketing IT assignment! Seriously. From taking photo, putting water mark, pricing and many many more. So for those who are still in uni studying, try hard for your assignments. Because those assignments really help you in your future career! However, setting a business wasn't so easy. It needs a lot of ideas, time and efforts.

I guess god treats me really fair as he gave me an aunt who is supporting me and consulting me in many ways and also a friend who is so helpful and supportive in all ways in this website. Thanks Eric!

This man actually brainwash me a lot. He brainwashed me that this business will work out well. He brainwashed me that I am an entrepreneur. He brainwashed me that this is my career. hahahah.. however he does give me a lot semangat in it. And I actually steal a lot semangat from him too! Haha..

My Little Royalty will be grand opening this Saturday, October 3, 2009.

Horrible experience @ Giant Melaka Pizza Hut

Last Saturday, me and my family sent my sister to Melaka because she's entering MMU! So people who are still in MMU if you happened to see a girl who look like ME that's my SISTER. Her name is Qian Qi. Called her QQ. Hahahahahha ..wth

OKay continue with the story. After shifting all her stuff into her room, we went to Giant for grocery shopping. And we had our dinner at Pizza Hut. What happened was when I was about to take my soup. I realised there was a dead cockroach lying besides my cutlery. I was very shocking! I told the waitress and she asked the assistant manager to take care of it.

The first thing come out from the Assistant manager was:" You bunuh die kah?" (How should I answer?) I said nope it died there. She offered to change another table but I only asked her to clean the cockroach since all the food already on the table. So she used a NAPKIN from another table and picked up the cockroach. Full Stop. With my request, she changed the cutlery and the napkin. That's it.

I'm highly dissatisfied with her action. So, I complaint to Pizza Hut website. The next day, the restaurant manager called and apologied about it. And she asked me:"What can I do to make you happy?" (Again, how should I answer?) I told her to make sure it doesn't happen again. And she needs further training for her assistant manager. However, throughout the conversation she keep on asking me how can she make me happy. And she even make me feel that my complaint to the website caused her a big trouble because the company knows about it.

Overal, I will try my very best not to go PIzza Hut. Not to mention their delivery!

Is this my problem or Pizza HUt's food quality, service quality and cleanliness is getting worse? What do you think?

4 years ...Before and After

I still remember the first week in MMU. It was miserable. All the activities were conducted in the small little stuffy room. Maggie was the "favorite" food all the time. Everyday I was looking forward for every weekend because I can go home! Life in Melaka was bad. There was nothing much. A pretty dull city.

The first year in MMU was all about having fun, laughter, last minutes assignment and lots of gossips.

Second year was way boring than first year because Siew Qi transfer to Cyberjaya. But god bless Joshee was with me. We had a great year.

Third year was pretty stressful. I was busy with assignments, presentation and exams. I was so much hardworking than the first year. And I only have a few friends. Increment of my CGPA was the goal for the following year. I was looking forward for my internship.

Forth year was more stressful and more busy. Internship was great because I met a fabulous manager and wonderful collegues. I love them. And I was lucky because I learnt a lot from them. I was more mature. Starting from second semester, I realised I already became a Malaccan! I love everything here and I do enjoy a lot. A few weeks before my finals exam, I started to miss this place.

I didn't know after 4 years staying in Melaka. I actually wish I could stay there longer. I once told my friend, I like Melaka than KL. You can reach all these supermarket within a short distance and you do not need to worry about the traffic, parking tickets, your dressing ..... And the most important thing, you won't worry if the person walking besides you is a robber.

Shin: Will you miss Melaka?
Me: Yes! Definitely!

Cafe Botanikal

If you read my previous blog, probably you will know I have a mission that is to eat all the good food in Melaka before leaving. So the other day, I went to have Cafe Botanikal garden with Joshee.

According to Jason Mumbles, Nasi Bohari is a must try. So without looking through the other dishes, I've took my order. And baby ordered Baked Rice Beef steak with Mango Juice. We also ordered a plate of fruit rojak. Due to the reason, I haven't 100% recover, I also ordered a glass of water.

The place is very nice decorated. It has a opened concept kitchen too. Waitress and waiters are all in uniforms, they all look very neat! It also has a private room for family or friends who would like to have a private moment celebrating their days. But sadly to say, I found fly flying around and it actually stayed on my glass =.=

There were not many guests in house and we didn't wait long enough for our food. But however, they serve the main course very soon after their appetizer - Fruit Rojak which is kinda weird. Me and baby were rushing to finish up the rojak before our get cold. And I actually have to ask baby to eat his rice and leave our appetizer as our dessert.

Nothing special on the meals actually with the price charged. For my nasi bohari, the rice taste rather normal just that it looks like very brownish with a piece of fried chicken, 2 sambal udang and a few ketul of beef rendang. The fried chicken is rather dried and tasteless. But the beef rendang was delicious. But however, with the price of RM 12.50 I bet you could have the same meal much cheaper out there.

Baby's baked rice was very ordinary, the steak is sized 10cm X 6cm. So I guess you could actually have a bigger picture how "big" it is. Baby's mango juice is rather thick and nice. But again, with the price of RM 6, I guess you could have 2 big jug of mango juice at Air Buah Stall.

So bill time, with 1 rojak (RM5) + Nasi Bohari (Rm12.50) + Baked Rice Beef steak (Rm12.50) + Mango Juice (RM 6) + Sky juice (RM 0.30) = RM 36.30 and 5% SERVICE CHARGE (RM 1.82) = RM 38.10.

I might not be going back already. Reasons?

1. The food doesn't worth the price
2. Below average service - Since the cafe is charging service charge, I will expect a much higher service standard. The waitress she cleaned out the plate without asking for permission. I guess it's a very general manner that she has to ask for permission before cleaning off or doing anything on client's plate. There were 4 waiters and waitress standing around chatting. There were even a waitress singing at the counter.
3. Sky juice is chargable. It shows that the cafe is very stingy. They are charging 5% of service charge and yet they are charging Rm0.30 for sky juice. So basically, I don't see the reason of paying 5% service charge. Rock and Roll Blues Cafe doesn't charge for sky juice and yet they are not charging service charge. I think the cafe should reconsider this.

Melaka Food

Recently, I feel like trying all kinds of NICE food in Melaka despite I'm having flu now. This may because of I'm going to leave Melaka already. So I am wishing to try all the NICE food and leave without regret. Keke

Recall back when I was first in Melaka, it however took me sometimes to adapt and adopt this place. From dislike to falling in love with this place, there were so much memories in this land.

So far, I think I haven't get to try

1. Si Ham at the small alley
2. Oh Jian wich Joshee said it was the nicest in town
3. Dutch Habour Cafe
4. Poppiah in front of Madam King's department store
5. Chicken Wing at Kampung Lapan

Anything I have left out, please let me know people! I'm begging you, I don't want to leave this place with regret. kekeke

近来读了很多篇中文博客，感觉很棒。所以，自己也想有这种很棒的感觉。
Recently, I've read a few Chinese blogs. They look good to me. And I want to have this kind of good feeling too. That's the reason I have this post.


中学时期，我很爱写文章。因为爱好看小说，自己也会尝试写短篇小说。我还与振达写过一篇网上短篇小说呢！
I love writing Chinese essay and short stories during secondary school period. This is because I love reading novel. I actually has this one short stories post online with Chen Tat!


现在回想起来，还好中学时还继续学习中文。不然，我想现在我的文笔应该只有小学一年级的程度吧！
I think I'm lucky because I continued learning Chinese during secondary school. If not, I guess right now I will only have Standard One's writing skills.

Conversation between me and HIM

Me: That day I went to XX bank with mommy, we waited for 15minutes to get our fixed deposit done. Suddenly this lady started to shout, "server down, server down." Then the banker said, "Sekejap yea, server down." After 10 seconds, the same lady shouted again, "Server down, server down. The whole Malaysia XX bank server down." She can shout it proudly some more. Then she emphasize that to me lagi. I was like, wth? Why is she so proud that the server is down? And doesn't she should say it nicely like, "I'm sorry M'am, we are currently having some problem with our server. Could you come tomorrow?" Stupid or not? Wth.

HIM: Cheh. what do you expect? She's a banker. If she's that smart, she wouldn't be sitting at the front desk.

Me: =.=

That's how me and him normally have our conversation. I somehow find it true what Joshee said. But in a way, does that mean that if you are smart then you wouldn't be a security guard, banker, sales girl, etc?

KFC

After my Strategic Marketing class which is on every Tuesday 6pm - 9.30pm, I went to KFC to have my dinner. After my class, it was almost 10pm. Not many shops were still open at that kind hour. I wanted to go Rahmat and have some mamak food but Joshee didn't feel like eating it. Joshee wanted to have Malay food but I didn't feel like having oily food. So...we ended up at KFC.

I was surprise and happy that KFC Jaya Jusco Melaka actually started to use plate for their chicken. Previously they used paper plate for the chickens and plastic container for the mash potato and coleslaw which were so NOT ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY.

But now, they use plate for the chicken, bun, coleslaw and potato! They actually save 1 paper plate and 2 plastic containers for every order of snack plate. Hmmm...I like that! I like the feeling of saving the environment. lalala ~~

Malaysia's Customer Service

Last semester, I took Services Marketing as one of my major subject. It was a really interesting subject. Plus I did my internship in JW Marriott, I could really relate the notes with my working experiences in JW Marriott. When I was in JW Marriott, customer service was really important. There were so many fussy customers and we actually have to try doing all kinds of stuff to satisfy the customers. So, from there I learnt how we are supposed to handle our customers' complaint. And the fact that customer is always right was so true in the real working environment!

I actually came through many many unsatisfy products or services from various companies in Malaysia. And I guess everybody knows that Malaysia's customer service are still far away behind compared to the Western Country. Today I've gone through 2 differrent blogs that are discussing on Malaysia's customer services: Serve Them Right, Customer Service Malaysia.

It's sad to see "tidak ape" attitude customer service in Malaysia.

My bestiessss...

It was a wonderful night with 3 monkeys and a pretty. Thank guys for the good time!. I love the Dim Sum session and also the yam cha session too. I felt like I was back to secondary school where everyone is so happy-go-lucky and no one is being calculative! Since after I'm in MMU, I hardly could have fun like this! Thanks my dear friends. Thanks Lunz for telling me the most funny story of that day - about your F1 and diesel story. I would like to thank all of them for giving me a wondeful weekend! Sis, I miss sleeping with you. :D kekeke

Recently I'm watching a series named, The Real Hustle. I got it from my darling, Joshee. I find it very educational and interesting because it show how scams, pick pocket and proposition bet are being designed. Most of these people got scammed and cheated caused by their greediness. For example, buying a PSP at an extraordinary cheap price but what they got is only some A4 paper in the box.

Today I got to know that it's very dangerous to make a transaction online with your credit card by using Wi-Fi. The hustle will hijack the Wi-Fi and eventually get to read all the information that you actually type in to the website. Information like credit card number and security code where hustle could use it on the spot to purchase items online. AVOID USING Wi-Fi TO MAKE YOUR TRANSACTION

I'm here to clean up my blog. I can see many many many mushrooms and spiders here. Hahaha... According to sis's blog, the last time I update my blog was May, 2008. I always wanted to update my blog just that I was kinda lazy and busy. And today I finally did.
